The Heat
A unique and beautiful cedar sauna designed to comfortably hold up to 12, but strictly capped at 8 for privacy and comfort. Intense, restorative dry heat or deep steam.
The Cold
Clear, dual-filtered, ozone-purified 45°F water to instantly snap your nervous system into focus. Complemented by a refreshing outdoor cold-rinse shower.

Our Story
The Garden came from a love of nature, flowers and community.
Our fenced-in fully private outdoor space is a native plant and pollinator sanctuary. Over the past two years we’ve removed all of the grass, rebuilt the soil and replaced invasive species with natives.
As you rest your body between hot and cold cycles, you are surrounded by Minnesota plants and a low-impact bee lawn designed to reduce water usage and runoff, and support insects and birds.
You’ll spot the resident cardinal pair, hummingbirds, monarch and swallowtail butterflies and the coopers hawks nested in a nearby cottonwood tree.

Ample street parking is available directly on 36th Street. We ask that you remain mindful of our lovely neighbors.

A swimsuit, towel, non-glass water bottle, and sandals/slides for the outdoor pavers. Clean towels and robes are available as add-ons at checkout if you prefer.

Entrance to The Garden is completely automated. 24 hours before your morning or evening block, you’ll receive a digital keypad code for the private basement entrance and directions for using the space.

Exclusive access to the outdoor sauna, shower and cold plunge tub. The tub is 150 gallons, designed for one person at a time. You also have an adjacent private entrance to the basement suite with a full bathroom, filtered water, lounge space and mini-fridge. We only host a maximum of one group per day to allow for a full cleaning and reset between sessions.

Reservations may be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If we're unable to provide your session due to equipment issues or another issue on our end, you'll receive your choice of a full refund or rescheduled session.
The sauna is open in all types of weather.
